For any of you who watched Martha Stewart: The Apprentice last night you all know my friend David Karandish was dismissed by Martha after six weeks on the show. Not a bad accomplishment for a person who mostly deals with the internet. Most of the tasks dealt with baking cakes and writing books for children, not getting highly ranked in Google.

But it really did not seem like a bad thing to get let go by Martha. Both Martha and her cigar-chewing associate Charles Koppelman stated that they would love to discuss business with David after the show was done, both inspired by David’s very eloquent speech about how he would like to help Martha become the best thing on the internet.

This morning David was on Martha Stewart Living and got to meet Rosie O’Donnel and talk a bit about being on the show and his future business plans, the main one being The A Strategy. I did the design for their site, their logo, and even created some poker cards which had the logo I designed on the back, one of which was handed to Martha by David live this morning. Martha held the card up for the camera but they didn’t zoom in. Feh…

Still, it’s been very fun working on this project and I’ve got to talk with several of the Martha Apprentice candidates on the phone at length (with whom I cannot divulge, at least not yet…)
