PBR is a sub-par beer that sometimes can be good when chilled on a hot day. It’s fairly cheap, so it’s somewhat popular amongst the college party crowd and blue-collar workers alike.
It’s also something young hipsters tend to drink to be ironic, to co-op a kind of blue-collar aura, just like the trucker hat and athletic undershirt (aka “wife-beater”) fashion trends.
So I imagine Girl (that’s the character’s actual name) is calling the Hipster Vampire a hypocrite on how he is rebuking others for pretending to be a different socio-economic class than they actually are when he himself is doing the exact same thing only in reverse.
