15Aug2007 Filed under: Cooking & Dining Author: Charles GuthrieWendy’s may finally be coming back to St. Louis and Downstate Illinois… sort of. The Swansea store is hiring again, but there is some vagary on the other closed Wendy’s in the area.
I tell you, I miss Wendy’s quite a bit. Swansea is a nice start, but hopefully STL proper will be stocked with Spicy Chickens and Frosties soon.

It’s got me pretty excited. I know I can just drive up to Edwardsville, but that’s a bit of a way to go.

You could also drive down to Herculaneum, or west to Rolla.
Yeah this is finnstah be tight, I think I will commemorate the grand re-opening with a meal there.

I think my son would like this. He hasn't seen gdohnruogs day so he'll probably like the loop a lot as original. I think I'll get this from the library for him.(Sorry if you get this comment twice. The embedded comment thing has been screwing up a lot lately.)
